By accessing or using LSProfiles ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. LSProfiles is intended for adults aged 18 and older only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate. LSProfiles is designed for consenting adults in the lifestyle community.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Usernames are unique and cannot be transferred.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content involving minors in any sexual context
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
• Scrape or harvest user data without permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Content & Privacy

You retain ownership of the content you submit to LSProfiles. By submitting content, you grant LSProfiles a limited license to store and display that content as part of the Service. Profile pages are not indexed by search engines by default. Your profile is only accessible to people you share your QR code with — it is never publicly browsable or indexed.

6. QR Codes & Profile Sharing

Your QR code links to your public profile. You are responsible for how and where you share your QR code. LSProfiles is not responsible for any consequences arising from sharing your profile with others.

7. Termination

LSProfiles reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LSProfiles does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSProfiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
